Cuyahoga County Domestic Relations Court Help Center

The Help Center provides basic information about court procedures and supplies court forms to unrepresented parties and attorneys. The department reviews and approves journal entries before court appearances to ensure they are sufficient in form with all necessary documents attached. The Help Center includes workspace for attorneys for preparing court forms and calculating child support on computers provided by the Cleveland Metropolitan Bar Association.

Family & Youth Advocacy Center

The Family & Youth Advocay Center at Capital University Law School provides free telephone legal advice for Family Law Issues.  Topics include parenting rights, custody, parenting time, etc.  Services are free for parents with children under 18 years old who do not have open cases with local Job and Family Services cases.  Services are provided through a grant from the Ohio Children's Trust Fund

Safe and Sound Visitation Center

The Domestic Violence and Child Advocacy Center's Supervised Visitation Center is a neutral place where children and their non-residential parent(s) can experience “Positive” parenting time or exchange in the presence of a third person who is responsible for observing and ensuring the safety of those present.
