The Healthy Fathering Collaborative (HFC) was established by Community Endeavors Foundation, Inc. in August 2001 as a working group of providers and funders providing services to fathers, fathers-to-be and young men in Greater Cleveland. The group meet bi-monthly for 19 years, rotating the meeting among agency sites, allowing the members of the collaborative to become more familiar with each other's programs.  The HFC became a independent 501(c)(3) nonprofit corporation in 2014. 

The Community Endeavors Foundation (CEF) continues to work collaboratively with the HFC on its shared mission. CEF operates a cloud-based data system called "Efforts to Outcomes" for grassroots agencies serving fathers and families to help them track performance and outcome data.  Click on the button below to donate to the Community Endeavors Foundation to support this vital work:

The Healthy Fathering Collaborative welcomes all community-based and faith-based organizations serving fathers in Greater Cleveland, as well as representatives of a number of CIty of Cleveland and Cuyahoga County departments.  Agencies interested in extending current family programming to include fathers are also included. 

Four primary types of services for fathers available through agencies that are member of the HFC:  1) programs that help fathers address barriers that are impacting their relationship with their child(ren); 2) public agencies working on increasing access to supportive services for fathers; 3) fatherhood development programs; and 4) father-child social/recreational event programs.  Click here to learn more about our model.
