The Northeast Ohio Reentry Coalition, Inc.

The NORC seeks to accomplish the restoration of our communities by promoting effective rehabilitative and restorative programs in the northeast Ohio region while identifying and eliminating barriers to the formerly incarcerated individual with assistance to identify strong services and resources with direction to the tools necessary for a successful re-integration into their respective community.

 

In partnership with the Ohio Department of Rehabilitation and Correction, the Northeast Ohio Reentry Coalition, Inc. is spearheading a pilot project to provide training to community volunteers pertaining to prison visiting and ex-offender assistance.

NORC's Focus is to provide reentry and related services for 6,000+ persons being released from 9 targeted prisons in Northeast Ohio. Our focused region envelops northeast Ohio inclusive of the following counties: Ashtabula, Ashland, Columbiana, Cuyahoga, Erie, Geauga, Huron, Lake, Lorain, Mahoning, Medina, Portage, Stark, Summit, Trumbull, and Wayne.
