The Healthy Fathers Program a the May Dugan Multi-Service Center is designed to provide education, counseling and case management services to fathers who have experienced difficulty in several domains of daily function that have severely compromised their ability to be consistently responsible in the care and nurturance of their children.  The majority of fathers served by the Healthy Fathers Program evidence a history of substance abuse, involvement in criminal activity, economic distress, housing instability, educational deficiencies, abusive relationship patterns, stress, impaired cognition and/or emotional distress.
