Services and Fee Schedule
Initial Intake - Gathering information required.
1-2 hours
Paternity testing - Signed affidavit, genetic testing, all information on establishment of paternity orders, as well as all information that pertains to you, will be discussed.
3-5 hours
Wage attachments - Required information is given to Child Support Enforcement Agency within 1-10 days of hire.
1 hour
Retrieval of Drivers License - First suspension includes lump sum payment based upon percentage of the arrears. Second suspension includes lump sum payment of 50% of arrears and employer is required. Third suspension includes full payment of arrears.
*Billable hours dependent upon number of past suspensions.*
First suspension 1-2 hours (based upon no calculation needed).
Second suspension 1-2 hours (based upon no calculation needed).
Third suspension 1-2 hours (based upon state mandated requirements).
Calculation - Calculation based upon last established court order to current date, calculation may also be based upon last order on arrears to current date, emancipation of child (if more that one on order), degree of difficulty of a calculation will also be based upon number of past Child support systems used to present, welfare involvement, retrieval of payment information.

5-18 hours
Retrieval of order from Clerk of Courts - Certified copies are always required for all actions (these are at a cost to the client).

Emancipation of child -Work and billable hours are based upon cooperation of all parties involved, as well as, degree of difficulty, which will be discussed upon retrieval of information from client. Calculation is required before any order would be reduced or terminated.

Modification - State requirements include 30% change of circumstance, or three years. Proof would be required why modification requested, making it an issue before it becomes problem. Modification request once given to agency has 60 days to make a determination, if modification is accepted, follow through for all steps up to, but not including possible court action.
10-15 hours based upon degree of difficulty of retrieval of information from all parties.
Agreed Journal Entry - This action can only be done 1 time before the Child Support Enforcement Agency for direct payment to client; next action would be before a court not to be billed by Child Support Resolutions. Action also is based upon welfare involvement.
1 - Hour minimum to investigate welfare involvement.
2-3 Hours to complete if not going to court.
Seizure of Lump Sum and Income Tax - Review of court order requires explanation to client explaining why this action took place (all arrears automatically requires seizure of both).
Billable hours based upon amount of information required to gain this information from the child support agency.
1-3 hours
Children in Foster Care - Determination of parentage to child required before action can be taken against the father or absent parent including the mother, establishment of a child support order would be required by the state of Ohio because of welfare involvement from the state.
Billable hours based upon degree of difficulty, which will be discussed upon retrieval of information from client, follow through for all steps up to, but not including possible court action.
Orders from another state or jurisdiction - Before any action is taken all orders including payments would have to be supplied before any determination can be made on amount of billable hours, transmittals would have to be required on all requests of any actions to other jurisdictions before any action could be taken.
Cost for all services is $45.00 PER BILLABLE HOUR
